I've used Epson's product support 3 times and gotten prompt help with a minimum of fuss. The software opens the containing folder after the scan making you search for the file. The only "Nit" that I have to pick is that it is not set up to scan 4x5 in. Better quality than I would have thought. Why not just open the file?.
